Welcome to Mantra Ent. By purchasing and downloading our FL Studio vocal preset (the "Product"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

1. Third-Party Plugin Requirements & Disclaimer

• Plugin Ownership: This Product includes an effects chain designed for FL Studio. Certain slots in the chain may utilize third-party plugins, including but not limited to Antares Auto-Tune (or other specific pitch-correction software).

• Separate Purchase Required: Your purchase of this Product does not include a license, download, or access to Antares Auto-Tune or any other paid third-party plugins. To use the preset exactly as intended, you must purchase and license those plugins separately from their respective manufacturers.

• Compatibility: If you do not own the required third-party plugins, FL Studio will display a "plugin missing" error for those specific slots. The rest of the stock FL Studio chain will still function, and you can replace the missing plugins with alternatives at your own discretion. Mantra Ent. is not responsible for any missing plugin errors resulting from a lack of user ownership.

2. Digital Delivery & No-Refund Policy

• Instant Delivery: Because our Product is a digital file delivered instantly via download link, all sales are final.

• No Refunds: Once the download link has been generated or accessed, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you have compatible software (FL Studio) before purchasing.

3. License and Usage

• Grant of License: Upon purchase, Mantra Ent. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the vocal preset for your personal and commercial music productions (e.g., songs, mixtapes, albums, streaming releases).

• Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sharing, leasing, or sub-licensing the preset file itself, modified or unmodified, to any third party. You are buying the right to use the preset on your vocals, not the right to resell our engineering work.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Mantra Ent. does not guarantee that the preset will perfectly suit your specific voice, microphone, or recording environment without manual adjustment.

• In no event shall Mantra Ent. be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, software crashes, data loss, or loss of profit) arising out of the use or inability to use this Product.

5. Intellectual Property

• All digital products, graphics, website content, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of Mantra Ent. Unauthorized use or duplication of this material is strictly prohibited.
